So after reading through all this, Ive come to the conclusion I will lose a lot of the weight that I have been working to put on when I get to basic. Oh well just as long as I dont drop back down to 142 lbs again. Right now Im CPL Anderson about to ship to FT. Jackson for basic.
Frustration got me to the gym. Now I cant leave

for bumpinoma
i am a drill sergeant at ft benning, basic has a tendency of adding or dropping weight based on body type. i keep my home equipment in the bay and let the pvts use it at night,i am the only ds in the company that does this. you can always do bodyweight exercises-pullups off a bunk, etc

The phone here in the office just rang, on the other end is a pvt from my first cycle after i graduated drill sergeant school. after he left basic, his unit was already 4 months through a deployment so he flew over and met up with them. he asked if i remembered him, i do somewhat, he was/ is one of those people who is easy to teach- he listened, at night he did pt on his own, he was always using the weights i keep in the bay, he always gave his best effort.
anyway, he said that when he went overseas and met up with his unit, he met his squad leader( whom i had served with years ago) and began combat ops. he served for 9 months in some of the hot spots over there and came back uninjured and just wanted to call to let me know he is back and that he appreciated the hours i put in for him and the others.
yes, my chest is puffed out right now. had to share.BBB

Does anyone know where I can find the list of supplements that are prohibited for use by air force personnel?

I almost forgot, US Army. I haven't been lifting long so I don't know if I am really a BBer. Right now I'm in Columbus, OH on recruiting (It sucks as bad as they say). But I did spend some time at Bragg and over in the box with the PsyOp guys.
PS
I'm going to Fort Hood this weekend to see my little brother, any suggestions on things to do. I hear its a dump.Army Strong!!
