Final suggestion is to get with your chain of command and see if they will open their wallets to purchase some equipment that can be maintained in the motor pool. Explain to them how your entire section will benefit from the opportunity to do additional PT when they're not busy changing tires.
Thanks for all your suggestions. There is a guy in every chain that just wants to make things difficult and that guy just happens to be my boss. Anyway, I think I solved the problem by getting hold of a home gym and 300 lbs of weights. I can do everything that I would normally do in the gym. I have cables and benches, racks and stands. Now I can lift at the house and balance the rest of my day out. Since I lead PT I have the opportunity to fit the section training with my program so I'm not overdoing any one muscle group. Lifting at lunch is out, by the way, due to the diet I'm on. I have to have that time to eat and get any errands run. You sound knowledgeable in the way things work. Send me a private tell and let me know about you.
THANKS!
Do what you want to do, but do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again.

Good luck in bud/s. My opinion...for what it's worth, would be for you to back off your cut a bit, you'll want a little to burn. Trust me on this one.

When you start trying to gain again. Don't be afraid of getting a little fat on ya. Your strength will still be there, and the fat will burn off before the muscle...in the end though...expect to burn some muscle too.

Hey. Im thinking about joining the Navy reserve. Got a BA in Psych., but wast told there isnt much for an officer with my major and pointed me in the enlisted direction. Enlisted has some nice opportunities but many are telling me its beneath me. What would you go for, officer or enlisted????
