It works for me. I happen to know of a true miltary bodybuilder. His name's Mike and he's living in PA at the moment but is going to spend some time in Texas at an air force training school (as he is transferring from the navy to the air force). He's actually competed at a bodybuilding contest in PA and won the masters class.
