Have you seen the recipes?

I am trying to find the recipes for tuna and oatmeal, there is one where it is a casserole and you put celery with worceshire sauce, with tuna and oatmeal.
Also there is the cottage cheese pancakes. I'm getting back in shape and I lost my recipes so those are two that I haven't found yet and I've been going through posts and pages, but I finally got tired of looking and I know they are in here somewhere...ANy help please?

Here is one that my trainer sent me...she said it's one LARGE SERVING..so you have to adjust according to your caloric needs...just modify the portions here and there...or make it two smaller servings....hope this helps...but you can always try and search this forum....

*1 yolk
*1 cup uncooked oatmeal
*1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
*1/2 tsp cinnamon
