i know theres a bunch of supps on BB.com, like focusxt or bodyquick, or Sulbutiamine, which help you focus on things. i know some people use this type of supps to focus on there workouts. im mainly looking for it to focus on studying and class. thanks

ehh caffeine and energy drinks dont do anything for me. i love amp and i love coffee, most of the time i drink them for taste and also i guess i go through withdrawls from them or sometimes if i have a headache or feel like ****, i drink either coffee or amp or any other energy drink and they make me feel better, but it doesn nothing for energy, alertness, focus, etc. caffeine doesnt do any of that for me.Originally Posted by asianbabe

PEA deffently helps with focus and alertness for me. CHeck out my log if interested. ALso if caffeine and ******** have no effect on you, you might want to look into something like Reset AD to help boost your addrenals, because it sounds like they are shot!
