Just turned 17, 200lb end of rugby season
hey there, its finally the end of the rugby season, and ive managed to maintain my bodyweight at 200lbs exactly. i weighed myself this morning. maintaining is usually pretty tough for me so i only lost about a kilo or two during the rugby season, which was probably mostly fat. a few little niggly injuries, slight tear in my right quad, right tricep and bicep, but apart from that im pretty good . heres some pics

I agree, you look good man, but you don't LOOK 200#. Not saying you aren't, some people seem to pack on weight more densely than others. Either way, looking good

Looking good. I was trying to look for you recently. I remember you making a thread a little while ago.
Your legs are so good. Your traps are good too.
Your probably right about working on your arms. They are pretty good though.
Also i personally think you should maybe work on your chest a bit also!
Looking great for your age though.
I'm 20 and no where near as good as you are.

haha thanks a lot for the comments guys. yea arms and chest always seem to be lagging because i dont really have enough time to prioritize them. im definitely looking to bring up those two. haha i dont know how some people think i look older than i am, i have a little boy face haha. but anyways, yea im really looking to bring up my lagging bodyparts. ive only just recently started to do dirct ab work, something i havent done in like a year and a half, and hoping to add another in to my calves in 4-5 months. and a little more density in my legs. i can squat 285 for 10 reps x 4 sets pausing at the bottom of each rep. aiming to start doing 20 rep squats with 315 pounds once the injuries heal. a week ago i benched 195 for 12 reps by the way. definitely a weak point in my training, but i can rack pull 225 kgs 10 times, starting 3 inches below the knee.

Damn your legs are impressive.. I would think you squat more than that, unless 285 was in kg; then I'll shut up. =P. Good built, man. But like others said, your chest and arms are a bit lagging.

haha thanks a lot guys. my personal best squat was 325x12 and that was a few months ago. in during the rugby season my chest and lats seem to lose size the most, i dont know why. but i can bb row 315x10 strictly, and dumbell row 110lbs x 15. hopefully they start to sort of..."inflate" back to size since rugbys over. these arent exactly my best shots of my legs, and notice how i didnt show my right leg much since the injury/tear. it hurts like a ______ to flex my right leg, im going to see a physio.

for you guys doubting his weight, did you even look at his freaking legs???
i have no doubts he's 200lbs. he's legs alone dwarf most people here. yes, his upper body needs work. but everyone needs to cut out their little preconceived notion of what a 200.... or 250lb guy looks like by basing it soley on the upper body.
those legs... dannnng.
