    supplements for low back pain

hey guys, within the past few months ive been having nagging pain in my lower back every morning and every time i get up after a long sit. its not crippling but its enough to be very uncomfortable and keep me from deadlifting and heavy squats. then again its not so bad that i want to go to a doc for meds, although i have been thinkin about seeing a PT or something.

as far as supplements go, is there anything natural out there that could help? i have been taking glucosamine, but it doesn't seem to help much. thanks

thanks. any ones in particular? i looked into animal flex but decided on the glucosamine because it was cheaper, and im pretty sure animal flex is largely a glucosamine supp. anyway.

anybody else who has experienced this?

animal flex does look pretty serious, id give it a try if using just glucosamine isnt working for you.
