Hi I'm 23 male. Height - 5'11, weight-125lbs/57kgs. My body fat percent is 10%. I'm going to gym 5 days a week. I am very lean but my belly fat is not reducing no matter what. I'm afraid that if I try to reduce my belly fat I'll end up reducing my body weight more. So I'm confused what to do. I'm new to body building going for gym only for about 3 months. Can anyone please guide me what to do? And one more thing if I start increasing my calorie intake I'll only end up increasing my belly fat. So please help me to have a clear idea about this thing.

Unless anorexia is your goal, stop losing weight. You do not have abs due to lack of muscle mass, not too much fat. Spend the next year or 2 gaining ~2 pounds per month while lifting heavy, gain the muscle you NEED, then reevaluate from there.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Well it's true that if you want to drop bodyfat, you do need to lose bodyweight as well. However you're 125lbs at 5'11 which is very small and skinny. Build muscle to add to your frame and take your bodyweight up 20-40lbs. When you cut, you likely won't notice belly fat as long as you put on quality muscle. At 125lbs, you don't have a frame on your body to alter the look of your belly since I'm assuming your chest, shoulders, arms, and legs are all smaller making your belly what stand out. Lack of size always makes your self conscious area stick out.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I doubt you are 10% bodyfat, I bet it's way less than that as you in the danger zone. A friend of mine back when he was 20 was 5'11 and 135lb at one time due to an illness and he was very very skinny with what seemed like no muscles or fat. Thankfully he started eating. At 125 you are way less and belly fat should you your LAST concern and starting to eat should be your priority, even if you will get more belly -at least you will be healthy.
Start eating way more than you eat now. Get scales and weight yourself every week. Your weight should go up every week. And if you are noob in the gym in 3 months if you ate properly(enough) you could have easily gained at least 6lb of muscle. As it seems it didn't happen that means you either did not eat enough, did not train hard enough for perhaps both.
