How should I split my workout?

I want to train each muscle group twice a week, but I don't know how to split it. I've been doing full body workouts, but I don't like doing that anymore. If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    Chest:
    Flat BB press
    DB incline press
    DB pullover
    Machine fly

    Shoulders:
    DB military press
    Laterals

    Triceps:
    Rope pressdown
    One-are DB extension

    Biceps:
    BB curl
    Hammer curl

    Back:
    Pulldown
    One-arm DB row
    DB shrugs

    Legs:
    Squats
    Lunges
    Calf-raises

    Abs:
    Crunches
    Side-bends

Well ive been using arnolds routine and he sets it up this way.
    *Monday/Thursday (chest/back)
    *Tuesday/Friday(Shoulders, upper arms, forarms)
*Wednesday/Saturday(Your legs such as calves hams etc etc)

I through in my abs only on leg days but on arnolds routine he actually calls for 5 sets of 25 for abs after every workout and I try not to treat my abs like the rest of my body. Dont overtrain and do high intensity lower reps. But thats just me, and the above is from arnolds routine http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...orkout+routine
Theres the link if you would like to take a look.
