I want to train each muscle group twice a week, but I don't know how to split it. I've been doing full body workouts, but I don't like doing that anymore. If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Chest:
Flat BB press
DB incline press
DB pullover
Machine fly
Well ive been using arnolds routine and he sets it up this way.
*Monday/Thursday (chest/back)
*Tuesday/Friday(Shoulders, upper arms, forarms)
*Wednesday/Saturday(Your legs such as calves hams etc etc)
I through in my abs only on leg days but on arnolds routine he actually calls for 5 sets of 25 for abs after every workout and I try not to treat my abs like the rest of my body.
