A "please" would be nice. But since you didn't use one, and demanded responses instead, ima send you to the SEARCH BUTTON. I hear it works very well with getting responses to overly-asked questions like these...

Tuna, salmon, chicken, PB, etc. on whole wheat bread. Can substitute the bread for pasta, sweet potatoes or another good carb source.

I sometimes pack in turkey chili, chicken chili, baked fish, chicken burgers.
If i'm pressed for time I will bring in 3-4 tupperware dishes of veggies and sweet potatos and stop at the store and buy a couple of rotisserie chickens.

What do u eat at home?
Surely something besides chicken & rice. I take just about anything I eat at home 2 work in tupperware & warm it up in the microwave. No special "work foods" in my diet!

Turkey tacos are good.
Large Salad - use a lot of cottage cheeze, chicken, handful of almonds and it will have a lot of protein.
Lunch meat wrap - throw it in the microwave and it gets hot.
and the list goes on....

substituting the chicken/rice
don't substitute the rice- this is a dry carb and is useful to overcome any water retention. dump the chicken - it takes a lot of time to actively digest and does not metabolise well in the human digestion.try wild salmon with lightly boiled eggs - or - tuna with peppers and lime juice [ great fat burner lime juice ] or even something like good old fashioned shrimps in a chili and lemon dressing. all of these work well cold! contact me and i'll be happy to send you some recipes. good luck and stay off the chicken .
