what do you mean? be more specific please.
"Ignore the ramblings of the ignorant, and step on or over their crumpled bodies as you make your way to the top of the mountain. Eat upon their flesh for fuel and through your determination and will, banish them to obscurity anda life of complacency and self righteousness that is the hell in which they live."

i ran the 400 once and i can tell you the one thing you dont want to do is all out sprint the first 100, but it can vary from person to person on how they run to how they run a 400.

Haha, I'll tell you one thing.. you don't sprint the whole 400m. The last 100 to 150 are all about driving your arms and knees up.

from what i know in the 400 you should go out hard for the first 60-100 meters and get your position, then just maintain the same speed until you hit the 200m mark, once your there turn it up a notch, hold your form and stay relaxed. i think its a pretty good way, i ran a 53.63 in practice doing that.
