could you fix your metabolism ?
exists any way to fix your metabolism when its ruined? i mean...if your not losing fat cuz ur doing a bad diet it could be fixed eating well?

yes, after a long period of changing your eating habits to the correct way and exercising/lifting regularly, you can definitely speed up your metabolism

Don't give up, like everything in bodybuilding it takes time! Just think after all those years of doing things wrongly, it's obviously going to take awhile to get things corrected. Be persistant and stick to your plan (if you have 1).

Metabolism is controlled by hormones... hormones can take 1-2 weeks to fully act on the body.
1-2 weeks of good diet and exercise will reset your metabolism to what it normally is. (whether or not that is good or bad depends on your genetics)
