1-test.....
but whose to say that;ll increase your overall strength. i used both 1-test and 1-ad, and both increased my size, but no strength. Sometimes people get a lot stronger, it just depends i guess.MOD @ www.anabolicminds.com

I have not tried 1AD so I can not judge it, but for the one+ all I have to say is it works and works well.

1-ADb & 1Test
1-AD converts to 1 test. So it doesn't matter which one you take though some are chemically bonded with and ether compound so that it can by bass the liver. I think that 1-AD is the only company that holds the patent on a non-ether formula, because they have altered the chemical so that it doesnt need an ether compound, but still able to by pass the liver for the most part
