    Question Cla?

    I have heard that this stuff POTENTIALLY has great things associated with it, is it true? Have any of you used it? i am only looking to put on minimal amounts of muscle but to drop some fat. Good supp for me? Feedback from people who have used it would be great thanks.

    hey i've been using it for about a month or so...i really like it. its definitely helped my stomach...my abs are now starting to show compared to that flab that used to be there

    CLA has been a great addition to my supplement stack. I have been taking it for 3 months. I feel i have more definition than when i was not taking it. It does wonders for fat around the middle. I use EAS's.

    I am supplementing with CLA as well. I am just not quite sure about the right amount !? How much are you guys taking and are you taking it on empty stomach or with food ??

    CLA is conjugated Linoelic Acid.

    Research shows tht taking it seems to lower your body fat, even if you don't work out..

    Apparently, after a while, you'd have more muscle mass and less fat cells.

    Go read up more.

    CLA

    CLA is, as mentioned above conjugated linoelic acid.

    Now whats really interesting with CLA is that it has a bunch of isomers that help your body in various diffrent ways. For example there are two isomers (9 and 13 i think) that realy help your body release stored body fat, specialy in the abdominal region...which explains why alot of people (those who have a fairly low bf%) notice there abs more. In addition there are some isomers (10 and 11, again not sure of the #) that really help with sparing muscle tissue.

    So adding CLA to you supplement stack while trying to lose weight seems like a no brainer to me. Helps lose fat and helps keep earned muscle. You can't go wrong with CLA.
