    Cardio after weight lifting

    I want to loose a bit of fat so I decided to start doing more cardio.
    My question is that if I do 20 minutes of stationary bike right after my workouts will I loose strength or gain strength but not as much as I would without the cardio?

    I workout monday - friday and im thinking of doing cardio monday,wedensday and friday.

    agreed, but if you are going to do cardio it is better to do it rather than before lifting

    Yup, do cardio on days you don't lift or at least 6-8 hours before/after you lift.
