I want to loose a bit of fat so I decided to start doing more cardio.
My question is that if I do 20 minutes of stationary bike right after my workouts will I loose strength or gain strength but not as much as I would without the cardio?
I workout monday - friday and im thinking of doing cardio monday,wedensday and friday.
