Glutamine does not cause hair loss. It's been well researched and is completely safe. The body produces it naturally, but during times of stress (sickness or heavy training), the body needs more.
Every moment you are not training, somebody, somewhere is!
Less talking, more training.

Yes it does !!!!
The only thing I changed was adding glutamine to my diet as perscribed 15 grams a day. 2 weeks after, my hair was more course and lacking body, and my hair line was moving back and thinning.
I have read others having the same problem with glutamine. I just hope I didn.t cause un-repairable damage by taking suggestions from " people in the know".
Let this be a warning. It's not as safe as it is being marketed.

I just started taking glutamine about 3 weeks ago and i have noticed my hair thinning in the front. I know this thread is old but has anyone else had this happen besides the people above?
