    Unhappy Cheat Meal Guilt

I just had the worst cheat meals in along time and I feel like such a fatass I need to get it off my chest (or gut ) So in the last hour I ate 10 crispty chicken tenders from Mcdonalds, a bowl of frosted flakes, an oatmeal bar, and 3 slices of pizza.

You're like 195 pounds, your body probably thought it just ran over a speed-bump, it's not your mid-life muscle crisis. Put your diet in check tomorrow and you'll be fine. Don't rush out to go running in sweats with a garbage bag over your skin.

Oh man, I want that pizza.. I havent had a cheat meal for about 5 weeks now, and I am planning to do it on Sat. Hope I won't overboard, but if I do, I promised myself I'll do extra cardio the day after.

I really dont understand why people feel guilty - your not competing, you have no deadline to make, you don't have to be at a certain BF, your just choosing to live a healthier lifestyle. Its just food, it shouldn't upset you to indulge in it every once in awhile

    Patmac,
it's probably because we -I- feel that we worked hard for something and we ruined it, and the full, bloated belly will show, and everybody would know, that we pigged out

Maybe I should go without -my first- cheat day this week, too. I was looking forward to eat my funnel cake and ice cream..
