I just had the worst cheat meals in along time and I feel like such a fatass I need to get it off my chest (or gut ) So in the last hour I ate 10 crispty chicken tenders from Mcdonalds, a bowl of frosted flakes, an oatmeal bar, and 3 slices of pizza.

You're like 195 pounds, your body probably thought it just ran over a speed-bump, it's not your mid-life muscle crisis. Put your diet in check tomorrow and you'll be fine. Don't rush out to go running in sweats with a garbage bag over your skin.
Bench press - 175x4 (200)
Dead lift - 355# (400)
Squat - 4x225# x three sets (300)
Military Press - 6x120# (BW)
BB Row - 6x155# (175)

Patmac,
it's probably because we -I- feel that we worked hard for something and we ruined it, and the full, bloated belly will show, and everybody would know, that we pigged out
Maybe I should go without -my first- cheat day this week, too. I was looking forward to eat my funnel cake and ice cream..
