Hey guys...I always hear about how you should spoil yourself with one cheat meal a week. If you are trying to lose weight then wouldn't a cheat meal just be extra calories, which in turn will slow down the weight loss process?

people say to take a cheat meal every once in a while to help keep your sanity. waiting huge periods of time before having one could cause some people to break, making their cheat meal --> cheat meals, or worse, reverting them back to their bad-food diet.

Cheat meals also help boost your metabolism, and shock your body. But it is a nice break from the norm. Chris Cook does a cheat meal every Sunday when he's prepping for a show, he explained it in flex. Can't remember what issue.

coz if you have high body fat, you have more leptin and don't need much carb-up. if you have low body fat, leptin are low and need more refeeds."OBSESSED" is the word lazy people use to describe the "DEDICATED."
