Looking around the house, basement or garage. What non-weight equipment related item have you used in your workout?
I don't have anywhere to do dips so I use the edge of my work bench and a modified saw horse. I use a velcro ankle strap attached to a couple 10 pounders and then attach that to my lifting belt to add extra weight. Yah someday I'll break down and spend the bucks, but in the meantime it works.
What have you found usefull currently or at some time in the past?
