Hey i'm 5'7'' and weigh 144 pounds. I use whey protein, mulitvitamin, and creatine.
I just wondered what would be the best 3 day split to use????
I'm thinking of changing my split routine.
This is my split so far:
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Chest, triceps, shoulders
Friday: Legs and Abs
Any advice???????????

I think your split is fine. I would stick a rest day in between chest/tri/shoulder and legs but aside from that it's a classic push/pull/legs. No problem there.
You could change your exercises if you're bored or stuck. No need to change the whole split unless you are REALLY at a sticking point.My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over...
