    Thumbs up What To Eat After Workout/before Bed??

    I usally drink my muscle milk shake after i work out but the next day my face feels puffed up but i feel huge is this common? and what else is a good high protien food to eat before bed?

    try to drink protien as soon as you wake-up as well. Your body needs the protein because the casien shake you had before bed has been used up.

    Casein is a very slow digested protein (good before bed) and whey is a very fast digesting protein (good after workout). The muscle milk would be good before bed, or any time other than Post-workout.
    Bulking? Just eating a lot, and lifting my ass off.
