The building block of a good supplement stack

I take aminos acids every day. I take 4 tabs 4 times a day.
    4 with breakfast
    4 with lunch
    4 prior training
    4 post workout

They keep my muscle saturated with nutrients. It has cut my recovery time down alot. To many people really never consider using them. I have an up coming article on the best stack that I have ever used. It should be up in the next few days.

I have been taking Beverly International Mass Amino and Spotpharmas Amino Maxx
No I'm not on steriods, but thanks for asking!!!!

Amino acid supplements are even worse than BCAA in terms of effectiveness.

So basically the supplement industry pre-digests (hydrolyzes) protein and sells it in pill forms.

Protein is made of amino acids...why not just get a full array of amino acids by using whey protein. Whey protein is 90% absorbed and you get 25g per serving, versus 5g per serving in amino acid pills...easy choice. Plus AA supps are more expensive per serving than whey.

Never buy amino acid supplements. Buy protein supplements.
