hey i'm 14, 8th grade, i play baseball, and wrestle and i only weigh 126 at 5ft 8. just wondering what a good 100m dash time would be for my age as i'm gonna do track this year at my school, and i wanna start training soon. thanks

Would just doing sprints everyday help me get better or would i have to something else to get better?

130 pounds? ****son, sprinters aren't made to be that thin. Put some mass on yourselves...
back in the day, in 8th grade, i ran about a 13 flat in the 100...which was damn good at the time. so, go for that. but, you just don't decide to be a sprinter -- i started out as an 800 runner. you need to find your groove to find your race.
