Hey NoleMan.....
Wonderful!
Hitting goals tends to keep one motivated.
When I hit a 200# f/bench and 100# curl I was happier than a mosquito in a nudist colony.
Best to you and as Red would say 'keeponpumpin'

what kind of chest and tricep workout are you doing ?? post your full workout so the folks who really know how to max out can fine tune it for you .
without knowing your training , just as a guess , id say its doable . for me to up my bench , i kind of pound my triceps to get them stronger , which directly brings my bench up ( triceps being a recruited muscle group in bench exercises )
make a plan , with benchmarks each month , so that you can be held accountable
example :
august 280
sept 285
oct 290
nov 295
dec 300
just my 2 cents , good luck

Big congrats on the big milestone! I advocate setting goals for two reasons. One is motivation and the other is the great feeling when we reach one .
I'm also not a big fan of cardio. I had to find things that I like doing to get me motivated to do it. I chose heavy bag work and an old martial arts warm-up called the 109. You need to find something "fun" that you can do for cardio or it just ain't gonna happen (my humble opinion ).
A bodybuilder uses the weight to work the muscle.
There are no accidents. Everything happens for a reason and usually at exactly the right time.

defiantly a obtainable goal. Here is some of my suggestions keep pounding the 285 have a spotter help you with a few extra reps, when I mean help, I mean using just 2 fingers from each hand so you really have to work at it.
1 week go heavy 285 the next week go say 235-245 and work the reps shoot for say 3 sets of 5 with whatever weight that you have to struggle to make it, or just a little out of your reach of the 3 sets of 5. and every week after your done with the heavy weights rep 225 as many as you can get.
Then go on to finish your chest/triceps/and I do biceps on the same day.
good luck the weights will be with you.
Lift big, eat big, get big.

Great job. keep it up. As for cardio, I am a big proponent of HIIT. Sprints & Rests. You can google HIIT and find info. It's a lot less boring and time consuming than regular steady state cardio.
