Overall
I surprised myself with ATG squats on that first set- I did that 195X8 with my body completely upright and focused on no bouncing at all. It was nice. Then I did 235X4 with the coach standing by, I think he gave me a tiny spot at the bottom though, next week I won't get a spot.
Lunges were hard with the 45's so I will stick with them next week- I didn't make the entire hallway.
DB SLDL's really felt great, too bad the weight room only has 80's. Damn.
Arm work was nice too. DB curls felt really strong and triceps felt good too.
I'm having an apple with my oats PWO and it's really good, you guys should try it

Today was a no carb day here was my activity..
I walked for an hour because i got lost with my cousin a few towns over while we were visiting my grandmother :P
Played basketball for 30 min later in the day
I felt like **** today, I hope tomorrow morning I at least look a little better but that carb up made me hold a lot of water I think

Sweet workout man. Last year we talked a bit about how we were the same age, same stats, etc etc.. Some of mine were higher than yours, and some of yours were higher than mine. getting discouraged
i dont know but today I look really fat and like ****. I feel like I'm holding a lot of water or somehting, i feel like I don't look leaner, i dont know. Im mostly just worried that i won't be done cutting by football season, that will be a problem. This is the first time I've been really discouraged like this. Lately i havent been getting sun either because ive been busy around noon so im getting paler. Tomorrow I will definately get in the sun for a good 30-40 min though.. i dont know... i hope it all evens out by sunday...
