Hi,
I had question and I would be greatful if someone could answer.
I've just literally finished up a bulk for 10+ weeks, and I'm starting in a cut from today 3rd of April. I've been following stronglifts whilst on my bulk should I remain on this program n will I see body changes or would u recommend another program, because I want to try to keep all my strength aswell. Was bulking at 4000 calories and no I dropped to 2800 my macros are now 300 carb 200 proteins and fats any where in my minimums range. This ok Aswell ?

Stronglifts is fine, .8g protein and .45g of fat per pound as minimums, rest of calories from carbs/protein/fat as you like.
