finally bought my first sweetener
When I was in university I can eat 100 grams plain oat in morning and night. I was physically ok and was able to play in some university teams.
Few years later (now), I can no longer capable to do this. Now I have to use sweetener and no problem again with 100 grams oat. It works well but I know I suck.
