the protein looks pretty good...remember you need 1g protein per pound of body weight. also, like its been said, dont eat three meals a day, eat about six. Spread them out. Also, calculate your calories, get about 3500 or 4000 a day, you need calories to grow, not only protein. Good luck to you man, have fun.

The reason you need to spread out your meals in to 4-6 smaller ones is that you probably can't digest more than 50 grams of protein at a time. It varies from person to person. So your big dinner meal of 112 grams of protein is not as effective. Space your meals out 2-3 hours a part and consume 40-50 grams of protein in each meal. As long as your getting 1 gram of protein per lb (200 grams of protein a day for you) you will be alright.
Adding more veggies and fruits would be beneficial.
As far as your workout goes, you probably shouldn't work your chest more than 1 time a week. Doing chest and back on the same day isn't the best idea either. It just is too draining. Your weight training shouldn't go over an hour.
A routine like this would make more sense:
Monday - Chest, Triceps
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders, Biceps
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
