Unintentional vegetarian
I have been a meat eater all my life. But now that I'm married and my husband's a vegetarian I find myself eating hardly any meat. I make sure I get my bodyweight in protein everyday. My protein sources are milk, cottage cheese, eggs, tuna, salmon, and whey. I have nothing against poultry and beef, but I only eat meat 1-2 times per week and that's only because we have a family dinner where meat is always served.
I guess I haven't been eating much meat because dairy and canned fish is just so much easier and takes little to no preparation. So my question is, would I be better of including more meat and poultry in my diet? And if so, what are the easiest and fastest ways to prepare it?
Thanks.
