Water retention pills
I'm currently cutting (been for 2 months), I am taking 3 protein shakes a day, and eating 3 meals a day (usually tuna can w/mustard...yumm). Drink a gallon of water a day.
I'm wondering if water retention pills will help me seeing my abs to show through. I'm at 10%bf and I can see my abs pretty well when flexing (duh, i know everyone does), but when I'm relaxed...you can barely see it. ~ Also, will these pills work, and is drinking a gallon of water basically conteracting these pills?

I would just lose the fat. It's most likely fat and not water. Keep cutting. And your diet sounds like it's not great. 3 shakes a day and 3 cans of tuna?

keep your shake pre and post workout and use whole foods for the other meals, tuna, chicken, turkey, lean red meats, cottage cheese, etc, all great sources of protein. the body will like the variety better and by doing this you wont want t quit your diet as soon as that tuna and mustard starts to become boring lol. just prepare ahead of time if work or school is a prolblem. good luck

also throw some good fats in there. my favorites are any kind of nuts, natural peanut butter, virgin olive oil, and whole eggs.

My thoughts exactly. Reps.
When you have most of your intake from liquid (IE shakes and water) it will negatively affect your digestive system. You need more fiber, preferably from fibrous veggies and lean meats. Make sure you take vitamins as well as often a cutting diet can be limiting and thus limiting your sources of vitamins and minerals.

So, since I weigh 180lbs. I want to consume 180g of protein...mostly through food, right?
Most of my meals should be: (this is what I can get here off the top of my head)
grilled chicken w/mixed vegetables
4 eggs w/ turkey links
grilled chicken salad light ranch
