a place called the protein factory

Calcium Caseinate is about $5.50 a pound, but it tastes horrible by itself, mix with milk protein or soy.

What flavour would you recommend out of the two (choc and vanilla)?

I thought I remember you saying that syntrax is no good, something to do with misleading labels. If that's so how comes u're recommending it???

Yes Nector did not meet label claims I am not sure about Matrix, he wanted a blend, some people are more anal about others as far as carbs in protein powders. Just cause I don't like it cause it did not meet label does not mean some people still won't buy it cause it has 3.3 carbs per serving in the nector.

I never understood the point of a slow releasing protein powder when there are so many different foods that will do the same thing.

Want to increase time of absorbtion even further, add fat and/or fiber.

    imo this is the answer

    1. protein is cheaper than food

    2. protein is more convenient than food

    3. some people dont like the food you are talking about

    4. some people are allergic to the food you are talking about

    5. variety, it sucks eating the same food over, and over, and over
