so what i ussualy do i workout, drink creatine, then about 1 hour after that i ussually go to bed.
i was told to eat peanut butter before bed, and i'm gonna try that, but i don't know how much to eat?
also, would it be good to eat peanut butter with celery?

p.s- idk if this helps, but i will only be able to sleep for about 7 hours. (have to wake up for work, it suxs)
