Planning my diet right now, breakfast and dinner are easy. During the day I'm at uni though, and can only eat what I can take with me - foods such as rice or oat meal (seem to be fairly popular day foods here) or something like chicken breast i won't have time to prepare before i leave + are too cumbersome. I may be able to get these once or twice a weak, but no more than that.
Any advice on things i can eat that are compact such as foods i can put in sanwhich form?
