    It is possible, but you would become even skinnier than you are now. You should focus on bulking and worry about the six pack once you've gained some muscle mass

    ^ Yeah I would aso suggest that. If you're that skinny, and get a 6 pack you're going to look anerexic.

    Just try and lift HARD, eat A LOT, work abs every other day, and you'll bulk up, and have decent stomach muscles, maybe not the best six pack, but a six pack.

    You're too godamn skinny I can tell you that for starters. You can't be a spaghetti and have a six pack, how stupid would that look?
    If you eat a LOT (and I mean a lot as in 'Don't care if you're full eat more') and go though a decent bulking phase to build some mass I reccon you could pretty much do it by summer. I don't know what the sixpack will look like or if it will be a sixpack but I guarantee that if you work hard and eat you're gonna see results. Word.

    I dont think Sit ups Make Abs its all in the crunches
    my routine is like
    Monday Chest/Biceps I do 8 reps each excersize
    Tuesday Shoulders/forarms 8 reps each excersize
    wednesday Cavles/quads 8reps each excersize
    Thursday Push ups/crunches 10 reps each
    rest of the days are Sleep time and sometimes i workout on those days
    I put Crunches on each day After each excersize
    Yes my Workout BLOWS but i was just sharin it for ya

    I would *personally* suggest bulking for a year or so and THEN cutting to get your six pack. this way u can have some muscle mass to show instead of looking anorexic

    but yes to answer ur question u could EASILY get a six pack by summer, although u will look even skinnier than u prolly do now

    Token, don't worry about how you look right now; think about what you can do to get to where you want to go.

    You have to have a plan. If you dive in with no knowledge or game plan you are going to either hurt yourself or waste your time.

    Anyone can make gains if they train and eat right. To get help with a work out plan try the "workout programs" section. Post a thread telling them what your goals are and where you are now, and they'll help you out. They'll suggest a diet as well if you ask.

    Good luck. Stick with it and you will definately see results.

    The reason he posted pictures is obviously because he wants to improve; which is why he asked questions. I gave him some direction, which is more than you've done. Your post has no merit whatsoever. You told him to eat a lot; that's a given (eat more = gain weight, eat less = lose weight)

    If I'm a teletubbie, I'm a muscular teletubbie. I don't think he needs any advice that you DON'T have to offer, so you can see your way out of this thread. He only needs people, or teletubbies, who can give him actual knowledge. I don't claim to know it all, so I directed him to a place where he can find people who do.

    You can come back after you've grown up and learned how to respect others.
