I am curious what everyone is eating pre and post workout. Preworkout I dont typically eat anything special. Post workout I like to eat whole grain pasta (for the carbs and the calories), and chicken for the protein. Then for ammino acids ill add either carrots/green beans or quinoa.
What do you guys do pre and post workout and whats your reasoning behind it?

I prefer coffee and nothing in me, but this only works into my schedule twice a week. I often eat a couple hours afterwards when I'm hungry. Varies between stuff like venison, eggs, greek yogurt, and chicken all along with different veggies such as broccoli or spinach and carbs like oats, rice, sweet taters. I eat 'bro' but if I am hungry for a bowl of cereal or whatever else it may be, then I just fit it in.

Currently I eat 6oz of chicken and 100g of sweet potato preworkout.
Post workout I eat 8 oz of chicken and 400g of sweet potato.
Since it's the season of sweet potato and you can get it for cheap I eat a lot of sweet potato. Once the season is over I'll change it to 100g of rice pre and 400g of rice post.AI Sports Nutrition Rep

Whatever I want for breakfast, usually cereal and eggs. Post, whatever I want, usually protein powder and oatmeal or pancakes. Whatever I'm in the mood for.

I have breakfast and then train. Typically a ton of frozen berries blended with whole milk and whey, but could be anything, as long as it sits well.. My sessions are quite long, so typically I'll have some kind of low residue shake in the middle of them for energy levels. Afterwards I eat another meal... lately I've been making killer omelettes.

My preworkout meal 2 hours before training is usually two cups white rice with a protein (chicken, turkey, beef, etc.) & non-fibrous veggies, followed by a cup of oatmeal with nuts & berries, all washed down with 16oz whole milk, and if it's leg day, I'll follow that up with a serving or two of Ben & Jerry's.
