Preventing Nausea?

Everytime I lift at the gym, I feel like throwing up. It is hard for me to find the root of the problem because I lift later in the day, eat a good meal an hour before I go, have an adequate amount of protein, and drink a lot of water. I don't see what the problem is. Anyone have ideas?
