If i eat healthy 6 meals a day. no counting im no good at that. just eating fish chicken brown rice and veggies without counting. just about 2 hand fuls of food a meal while doing workout and cardio. will I be able to lose weight like that??

No that is no cutting diet. if you are very thickly then yes, that becomes you help., but if your sums only accidental in respectable shape, you eat can, and, that you magic lose weight. They need work would become a precise cutting diet. that largely for bulking, becomes however that a terrible plan hope for cutting edges.
