    eating healthy

    If i eat healthy 6 meals a day. no counting im no good at that. just eating fish chicken brown rice and veggies without counting. just about 2 hand fuls of food a meal while doing workout and cardio. will I be able to lose weight like that??

    No that is no cutting diet. if you are very thickly then yes, that becomes you help., but if your sums only accidental in respectable shape, you eat can, and, that you magic lose weight. They need work would become a precise cutting diet. that largely for bulking, becomes however that a terrible plan hope for cutting edges.

    Yeah, but its so hard for me to count. anyone got any tips for losing weight?

    It takes dedication. If you are not even willing to count calories then how do you expect to lose weight. You really only need to count calories for a week or so just to get an idea of how much you are eating and how much you should be eating. Then it becomes 2nd nature.
