    How much protein is in 2L of Skim Milk?

    I decided I'd try to get a cheap way to get the protein and calories in so I thought it would be good to do this. Milk has good protein and is nutritous so I was wondering how much protein I took in.

    Hi.

    1 Cup of skim milk (250 ml) has

    P = 8.8g
    C = 13g (all sugar)
    F= 0.3g

    So multiply all the figures by 8 and you will get for the 2L.

    Take Care,
    Bye.
