Question creatine and ephedra
On the back of BSN NO-EXPLODE it says that taking a product containing ephedra can diminish the effects. I was wondering if ephedra does that to all creatine products. I don't think so, but would appreciate any info.

regular creatine is fine but i wouldnt risk using NOXplode
