    shoulder pain when doing shoulder raises

    I was doing shoulder raises for the first time yesterday and my left shoulder started to hurt it felt like it was on the inside of my shoulder or something but I was wondering if you had any form tips or reasons why my shoulder would be hurting

    Make sure you warm up before going straight into the excercises. There are plenty of threads relating to this also. Try searching for some, they all offer different information and help.
    Set a goal and stick to it. Determination is everything.

    Start bulk now 18/05/04 and this time i'll be consistant!
