Cutting down for a contest can be a bit unnerving at times. I look at myself everyday in the mirror so it is hard to tell if I'm getting the results I want. However over the past two weeks things have been looking up. I have dramatically increased my vascularity in my arms and shoulders and I'm starting to show vascularity in my legs and lower abdominals. New Pics!

laynes diet
i dont know if layne checks these but im wondering what exactly his diet plan is. is he doing it inutitively or is he calculatin calories. i did the math on his calories and hes taking in 46.8% from protein, 34% from carbs and 19% from fat. dont you think you should cut some of your fat intake and up the protein a little. i reviewed the pics and what you are doing seems to be working for you pretty well. i just wonder if cutting the fat and even getting some more carbs for energy could help you take it to the complete next level.
