It all depends on who/what studies you're gonna believe. Some say trib raises test, others say it doesn't. Same w/ long jack. I'm satisfied they are effective for me personally.

Trib supposedly stimulates LH production, LH will signal the testies to make more testosterone, in theory anyway. Some say it works, some say it doesnt. If you were to try it, get a high quality Trib product with a high amount of its active ingredient, and take it 3-5grams a day.

yeah avena sativa is good to supress the SHBG production but 6-oxo limits SHBG production too allready.

Hmmm, i thought that lowering SHBG also lowered the amount of free testosterone since the ratio between bound and free testosteron remains the same if you lower SHBG?

As far as I know, SHBG can bound to up to 98% of total testosterone, leaving only 2% free for anabolism. Of course this is only one extreme, so the idea is that there will be less SHBG for testosterone to bind to, leaving more free for muscle building.

yes, it stimulates LH, and yes it makes you really horny but that in no way means that you're making more test. cialis makes me horny - does that mean it raises test??? same deal with trib, although the mechanism is different.

avena sativa has not been studied as much, but i've heard good things.

6OXO really does boost test....at least in my experience. i get every single testosterone side from 6OXO - zits, aggression, libido increase, etc. only differences are: no mood improvement, and bigger (not smaller) nuts.

I believe the normal ranges are 30-50% and that that ratio remains the same whether there is more SHBG or less, thus, less SHBG would reduce free testosterone too.

I read it in something related to diabetes since insulin also decreases SHBG.

I'll try to dig up the study.

Anything that raises LH levels will raise Testosterone production.

SHBG binds to about ~48% of testosterone. Albumin binds to another 50%. That leaves us with roughly 2% free test floating around.

cialis makes ME horny. i get randy watching newscasts. perhaps it is just knowing that i have a weapon in my holster that fire if i just look at it twice.

a better example: did you get erections when you were 8 years old? you bet your ass you did, but does that mean you were cranking out lots of test? hell no.

please, i implore someone to find me a study on trib and increased total or free test. i will look again although i have looked before. and no quotes from places trying to sell it....
