I have a very serious question/issue that I would really like people to take seriously, so that maybe I can avoid an expensive doctor's bill.
I have been taking creatine since August and ZMA for the past 2 months (both of them everyday, no cycling). Over the past month, I have noticed a very observable "bend" in my erection. I have NEVER had this before. Prior to this, the erection would literally be straight as a board, I mean there was some normal curvature, but now it is as if it takes a sharp turn upward. My wife certainly notices, and she is now getting concerned with these supplements that I take. Again, this has never happened before, and I have not had any kind of accident lately that would cause this to happen.
Is it possible that the creatine or ZMA is causing this? I don't think it can be coincidence, but I suppose it is a possibility. I also take protein (Myoplex, Optimum) along with a multivitamin.
If there is anyone out there that has had any kind of similar side effect, please let me know what was the suspected cause and what you did to eliminate the problem. If it is as simple as stopping taking these supplements, so be it, though I want to continue with both of them. If it is something more serious, then I do need to see a doctor.
Any serious advice will be appreciated.
Thanks.

This is certainly one of the strangest posts I have ever read. It is possible that the ZMA has increased your test production to a level you have not experienced before resulting in "Mr. Johnson" being "stressed" beyond what you have seen in the past. It is also possible that you are developing Peyronie's disease which is characterized by the following:
1. The noticing of a lump in the substance of the penis
2. Development of pain in the penis, especially on erection
3. Bending or deformity of the erect organ
4. Loss of erection
5. Difficulty in vaginal penetration
Very little is known about this condition. If you see a doctor you will need to see a specialist and even then he may not be able to help you as the only treatment I am aware of is surgery. You should probably stop taking these supplements and see if this helps. If the condition worsens then you should definitely see a doctor.

Sounds like Peyronie's disease.
I had this little treat crop up about 3 years ago. started with painful erections then a weird little hard spot right behind my head. It is caused by an unexplained buildup of plaque inside the penis. has nothing to do with supplements. I would see a specialist. they don't have any treatments besides taking a lot of vitamin E seems to help. Dr. told me that it would go away in about a year and it did. but he said that if I developed any curvature that it might be permanent. thankfully I didn't. Seems like yours has advanced to the curvature part because it didn't cause any pain. see a urologist asap. Please step away from the Dumbell Rack.

Perhaps its from overuse.
Either way, i'll have to remember this thread, it did give me a chuckle. Both creatine and ZMA have been tested to have no side-effects for continuous (high dose in the case of creatine) use over long periods of time. They are two of the safest and most effective supplements to use, if that puts your mind at ease. Dunno what the cause is, but this isn't it.

Of course if you have painful erections or anything like that see a doctor!
Once again, in some circumsized men it is common.

Interesting Cat
With our 5th child my wife decided not to circumsize. She blasted me with more information on circumsion than I ever wanted to know. One of the points against it was later in life it could lead to an overly curved penis.
I read all the info she gave, did some research of my own and found that there is no medical reason to put a child through that.
I was gonna say Interesting Peter, but given the content of the text

hehe, yeah, you've no idea what its like growing up with this name
Circumcision is indeed not a necessity in any way. there used to be a myth about hygiene, but it seems now that an uncircumsized penis, as long as its being put to good use is actually just as hygienic or more so. Nature doesn't cheat us. Then on the other hand, for those that were circumsized, there is only one real downside and that is that studies have shown it decreases sexual sensitivity in a lot of men.

Good one dude, haha, ok, seriously. Creatine nor ZMA cause the willy to curve man. And you multi is totally fine as well. Your protein powder won't make it curve either. Stop stroking that bad boy on your free time! Try some Yohimbe...but be careful, mad side effects with it. But that little fella will be harder then a rock come explorin time!
