Animal Cuts
I just got done with Hydroxcut Hardcore...which sucked ass. I'm at 9%bf and trying to drop down to 6%...it feels like it is taking forever. Anyways, I ordered some Animal Cuts - ephedra free because military won't let you use ephedra.
I do cardio in the morining for 45 min, and lift weights during lunch. I drink a gallon of water a day, and I take ON whey and salmon oils.
Has anyone gotten any good results out of this product?

Hi guys! I am still on my first cycle of Animal Cuts & I have dropped 5 lbs. I feel that it is helping because before I always feel weak/lethargic in the afternoon before lifting but now it's like I'm good to lift any time of day.
Hope this helps! Oh yeah, I take it before breakfast (around 6:30 am) and an hour before lifting (3:30pm).

Did the 5 pounds you lose, was it from water weight?

i dropped about 10-15 lbs (most of it was probably water weight) but i also was barely eating and running like crazy which turned out to be a mistake for the muscles. overall, its a good product and i had a good bit of energy during the day

I believe not. I was at 215 when I started working out and I was stuck at 200 for a while then I started taking Animal Cuts (currently on my last week of cycle) and that's when I lost the extra 5 lbs.
Hope that helps.

x2 with the energy. I usually drink coffee every morning before going to work because I feel soo sleepy/lethargic around 9am - 11am in the morning ( I start work at 7am). Now, I cut off coffee and just take the Cuts before going to work on an empty stomach and I'm good for the day (till 3:30).

Good luck bro. Remember, Cuts comes with a full guarantee--for peace of mind. You should lose some weight in the first week or so, but it'll probably be mostly water weight. Keep us updated.

Got a container of cuts today to try, now the question how to take them, it says take 2 packs a day, so take one in the am and when would be a good time to take the second.

Before lunch. Depending on when you train/do cardio, you could do the second right before that. You have some flexibility.

I'll take before lunch maybe mid to late afternoon, I work shift work so it's kinda hard to keep a certain schedule to train and take supps. when your alternating between days and nights, anyway I'll try to space out about like that see what happens, today was the first day I've taken and the energy it gave is pretty good so we'll see how things go from there.
