Hi sometimes i exercise hard cardio for about 30 mins and feel mega tired but then about 3 hours later i have nothing to do and feel lazy and have eaten way to much food in the day!
I feel the energy to do more and feel i need to do some more to burn my over calorie intake.
Is this ok to do even if I do ache a little from the workout earlier?

I think you may be trying to push yourself too far for quicker results. 30mins of hard cardio is sufficient, but if you feel you can do more later without killing yourself, then go for it, but I personally wouldn't do this on a daily basis. I used to do a distance run at lunchtimes at work and then play a 3 hour game of football with the guys at work on the same day after work. This was only once a week, rarely twice a week. But some form of 20mins or so of cardio everday 5 days a week was routine. I used to feel fine but did notice a slight decrease in muscle size as a result.
As mentioned by another member, review your eating plan. Quoted from your original post, "feel mega tired but then about 3 hours later i have nothing to do and feel lazy and have eaten way to much food in the day! " - gives the impression that you don't seem to have a suitable meal plan for your needs/goals.
