After watching this guy eat, WTF would be a bulk diet for him? 100 hot dogs a day. I know he does not eat like that all the time, but geez. he did get buff but no fat.

He states that he only consumes that at competitions and he works out VIGOROUSLY almost 2 hours a day.
He works hard, eats quality food and deserves a lot of what he has accomplished (genetics and his stomach disorder DOES obviously help him a TON though)
Anyways...its not like he has a retarded metabolism. He's just a run of the mill ectomorph. These competitions to him are what we would consider our cheat meals. he does this 1 month at most. He trains for it by consuming large amounts of water and eating ridiculous amounts of veggies to expand his stomach before a comp
Do some research before assuming he is just blessed completely

You mean hotdog's? hahha
He also states about 36 hours before competition he does not eat anything except drinking water constantly to keep him going strong. If he does eat something it will be something very light and along the lines of fibrous veggies/lean protein just to keep his metabolism roaring as he gets ready for the comp.
Also...I mean most of the comps only total in 18,000 calories per person. Now take in the fact that the body can only absorb so much food, they probably **** out over half of those calories, and I wouldn't doubt at all if most of them yakked after a comp / took something to get everything out of their system.
Because either way you look at it, it's def not healthy eating 90+ hotdogs in under 10 minutes on a monthly basis lmao

Kobayashi Training:
1. He eats ... a lot...to expand his stomach.
2. He exercises so that there will be no fat in his stomach to impede expansion.
3. He trains with weights to add muscle and increase metabolism so he can eat more.
4. He consumes 6,000 calories a day to feed his 5'7" 165 lb frame with less than 10% body fat.eating out? a nutritional guide to popular restaurants and fast food!

I'm not so sure about that after seeing this.
Things are getting pretty dirty there.
