well. stop doing the inclines. obviously they are not working. find a new way to smash your chest. keep it simple.
flat bench
dips (lean forward to work your chest, not everything else)
pec deck
done
that should make you grow

you should do incline moves where you squeeze the pecs together at the top of the movement; like incline dumbell bench, incline flies, and incline hammer strength presses

just because your squeezing the middle of your chest together don't mean you hitting inner chest

I wasnt really trying to imply that, just suggesting another way of hitting the entire upper chest area

I guess I'll be the one to say this since SOMEONE will eventually. There is no inner/outer chest The muscle contracts and grows as a whole. In response to the original question, try a different routine and maybe try cutting if that doesn't work. If there is still no progress, the problem may simply be that your pec muscles insert farther apart than you would like. It's kinda hard to tell from ur picture tho.

wtf? We aren't even talking about inner chest. Read through the thread and the title before posting your generic crap you douche. He is talking about UPPER chest.
To the OP, try Incline DB Press and superset with Incline DB Flyes.

I don't know how your form is.....But use dumbells on incline bench and drop your elbows down a little. Don't hold your elbows to high.
