Have any of guys/ladies tried CLA for fat loss. The studies and reviews I've read sound great, I want to hear some of your opinions on the matter though.

yes ive been taking CLA for a while and it has does miracles. Check out this thread over on the lowcarb forum, almost everyone who takes it has noticed it has definitely helped reduce stomach fat:

How many caps a day are you guys taking for an effective fat loss? I hear 4 caps a day of 1000/mg per cap. 6 seems excessive, but I want to hear results

im taking 6 capsules a day, two with each meal. Seems to do a good job on getting rid of that stubburn stomach fat. 4.5 g a day of CLA is what it totals.

CLA works great. Just make sure it's Tonalin CLA. That is what they used in the studies. 2 per meal works great.

Okay, I got Tonalin CLA, so 6 pills a day spread out amongst meals seems to be the consensus.

I picked up 60 caps at 1000mg of CLA each yesterday... at 4 a day, this is about two weeks' worth. Am I even gonna see any results in that short of a time period, do you think?

I was wondering if I use this for a month or 2 to slim down the stomach fat and cycle off will all the fat come back (I heard this from numerous people)

I'm not sure, I've heard that most people see results in 2 weeks. You might want to try Vita Cost, they have a Tonalin CLA that is cheap and has a large amount of pills.

Jones, you need a month's worth to see results from what I have read, at about 4 caps a day. Check my post to see where I got mine from, best price yet!

what is the diffrence in this cla:

and what is the diffrence regaurding Tonalin CLA....is the first one just as effective?

I ordered the first one before i saw the second one, but i want good results, let me know thanks

Do you have to cycle CLA or can you take it for months if you want to, it sounds as safe as breathing air. Is this a product that you should take when you are losing 20 pounds or 30 pounds or just that last 10 pounds and should you suppliment with CLA and a EC stack?

well i provided the link above to the two that i was speaking of, th eone is on bodybuilding.com and the other is vitaworld, can anyone compare these two products for me?or can you provide me with a good site to purchase the tonalin cla with the % of isotopes you are speaking of?

Yes, that one contains a more pure substance and it's way cheaper as well. My suggestion is to go with that one, get 2 bottles maybe, if you are taking 4 a day, which is the effective dose according to studies, that is enough for 60 days worth of CLA, oh and BTW Tonalin CLA was the one used in all the studies, no other kind of CLA.

Seems to be working well for me. Studies say that individual results will very. Some will show good progress on it while other won't have any type of reaction to it. You never know till you try! I take 6 capsules a day, however much that is.

As far as I know you can take it with an ECA. Shouldn't cause any problems.

anyone with anything proven? I mean it is pretty dangerous to mess around with eca.
