Aside from trying to get the most DHA and EPA for your money, is there anything else I need to worry about? I've bought some Rexall brand pills from Wal-Mart before... they seemed to "work okay" but I don't know if maybe there's a good kind out there or something. What kind does everyone else use? And is this lemon-flavored liquid stuff (Health from the Sun, I think) any good?

I love Now for supplement quality but EFA should be cold pressed for best quality and kept cold to preserve freshness. They do go ransid fast. Any not cold are either ransid or in an attempt to preserve have other chemicals mixed in. In a post grad nutrition training we discussed brands and Udo's oil seems to have been the most well balanced and accessible. ALWAYS in the frig at most vitamin and nutrition shops.
